Reconditioning Method
Each machine has been carefully checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins completed prior to disassembly. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential equipment needed to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Every Skyjack machinery put back together based on OEM standards and some parts are replaced with new ones. The parts that get replaced includes: the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, filters and hoses, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers. Furthermore, every unit is given new tires, batteries and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of 90,000 pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers, the TXLC-974 also provides eighty five thousand pounds load capacity in the 3rd and 4th tiers. These models provide a 97 inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
