Chandler is a city situated in Maricopa County, Arizona. It is a prominent suburb of the Phoenix, Arizona, Metropolitan Statistical Area. Chandler is situated in the south and central section of Arizona. It is around a 30 minute drive southeast of Phoenix. On the north, it is bounded by Mesa, to the north and west by Tempe, to the west by Phoenix too, to the east by Gilbert and towards the south by the Gila River Indian Community.
